Want dramatic eyes? I have a simple step by step eye makeup application techniques you are sure to learn from. If you are a beginner at aoliying makeup or just do not feel confident about achieving dramatic eyes, I assure you, you'll learn something here. All it takes is a little ambition (which is the reason why you're reading this) motivation, (which is why I am cheering you on), the right step by step application of eye makeup tips & techniques (all included below) and a bit of time aside to practice what you've learned.
First, know that the dramatic eye can be achieved with a LOT of different ways. This does not always mean wearing, dark eye makeup deepest. It also does not mean applying the most intense shades to your makeup brushes wearing out. In my opinion, creating dramatic eyes should still look classy sport. Before you start the application eye makeup, always remember to prepare your eye area so that you have a good foundation to work with. Wash your face, apply a moisturizer, use eye primer if desired, foundation, concealer, and powder. Now, you're ready!
# 1 - First, one of the simplest ways to achieve the look dramatic eye makeup is to just pick a color that will make your eye color POP! By choosing the right eyeshadow color, it will help improve your eye color. Note: This technique eye makeup is a great way for beginners to learn how to achieve dramatic eye look without too much hassle.
TECHNIQUE:

A light eyeshadow-Select a color that contrasts with your particular eye color. Apply this shade to the upper eyelid area and extend into the folds up to the brow bone area. Sweep is the same under the auspices of the lower lashes from outer to inner corner of eye. Or, use the same color, only slightly darker, to reduce the hitting line.

B-Apply eyeliner pencil in dark brown or black to the upper lash line as close to the lashes as possible. Line from inner to outer corner.
C-For extra definition, line the edge of the lower lid with the same color eyeliner.
D-Curl lashes and apply 2 layers of black mascara.
Now, we turn to a dramatic eye look that requires only a little more skill, however, anyone can master this technique cat eyes with a little practice. Cat eye technique consists of extending your eyeliner outside your natural line hit. To look clean, apply eyeliner like. To see more sexy sultry, smudge eyeliner and use a dark eyeshadow to blend in. Even so, we'll save it for later. First practice your eyeliner application techniques and work on your cat's eye. Then, move on to more advanced techniques.
 

TECHNIQUE:

A-Prepare the skin as in Example # 1

B-eyeshadow Apply base coat of very light and / or a neutral color. If you feel like being a little bold, use the colors more intense or colored. Sweep it under the same color hair line.

C-Apply liquid / gel eyeliner (pencil or liner if you're a beginner) to upper eyelid using a makeup brush tilted vessel. Extend to get the cat eye. Noda whether this is the desired effect. Use a pencil liner praise or dark eyeshadow in the outer third line hit lower for added intensity.
D-Apply 2 layers of black mascara. For extra flare, add some individual false lashes on the outer corner of eye.
